The Victorian Oak Panelled Room is cosy with large leather chairs, big fire and a grand table. It provides private dining for up to fourteen, your conversations are your own and the mood is that of a dinner party. .
Our food awards are numerous including Restaurant of the Month by Decanter, a Chef of the Year by Wedgwood and Small Hotel Silver award from Tourism West Midlands. The food critic Matthew Norman described his meal as “utterly wonderful” in a recent review in The Guardian
The Front of House team, led by Chantelle Farmer, are enthusiastic, delightful and professionally trained. We have the retained services of Tina Heathcote, Tourism’s Regional Trainer of the Year, and have continual professional development both in house and at local colleges including Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies.
